Water pressure needs to be improved, but other than that is was a clean hotel and the staff was exceptional. The email communications were also very good. Located in a good spot and easy to get to.

Great stay! Really good food options a few minutes walk away. Two great coffee shops across the street, Crepes nearby were awesome. Great seafood at Briquette, and great local staple for a roast beef po boy at Mother's.

We were greeted right away and given a room even though we were way early! Very quick and the woman asked our preferences for room location and bed selection. Nice little bar area in the lobby. Even though the building seems olde and industrial like the rooms were spacious and clean. A short (.07 mile) walk to the French Quarter with lots of things along the way. Close to the cruise port (which is why we are in town). I would recommend.

Room was spacious with nice big windows. The bed was too soft for my liking but I like very firm beds. If you like a soft cushy bed with enough support, you'll love their beds. There's a mini fridge in the room so if you have leftovers or want to stock up on a few extras, it's doable. The workout room has cardio machines but no free weights or other strength training equipment except a cable pull machine. That part was disappointing as I wanted to keep up with resistence training while there. Otherwise, it was a nice enough stay and very convenient to the Hilton where my conference was being held.

My wife and I have stayed at this location for 4 of the past 5 years when we visit NOLA. This time it was during French Quarter Fest and we ended up in a second floor room which is not a big deal to me. However, our overall feeling was that the room was too dark. We had zero view (just part of the roof and a wall. When in the room, we had to turn on all the lights just to be able to see what we were doing and it was still dark. And it was bright and sunny all weekend (no clouds) but our room made it seem like it was a cloudy or dusk outside. The bed was not as comfortable as in past years (possibly getting old?). Both of us woke up a little sore each day but we walked the pain away once we got out and going. Overall I still like staying here but I will see this room was less than stellar. Love NOLA and will always be back!
