House keeping needs a huge improvement. 1. Our room didn't have hand soap 2. Rooms werent clean till 5 in the afternoon or later. 3. The angle of the picture of the pool makes it look large when mostly 5 people max could fit comfortably . 4. The valet and the front desk were the hardest working individuals there everyone kinda sucked

Just OK

The location is very convenient and the staff is very kind. However, the check in process was a bit chaotic. The staff member we checked in with was new and was unaware of where rooms were located, so we were misdirected to where our room was. He was able to correct that, but 2 days later we found out we were not checked in correctly and came back to find out we were locked out of our room. After a long day outside, this was incredibly frustrating and time consuming. We eventually were let back in, but it took about 30 minutes because the front desk was busy with other guests and the security team was nowhere to be found. There seems to be some training and staffing issues, but otherwise this was a fine stay.

The hotel was just we wanted on a visit to NOLA. I would highly recommend the premium carriage house. We will make a point of staying at the Dauphine in the future.

The bathroom was terrible. Very small and no counter space. Unusable safe ( key was missing). Couldn't accomodate early check in. No ammenties; snacks or food. Vending machine was half empty. The pool and location are nice.

I really enjoyed the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like. Is that the room I had did not have a refrigerator, and my doors did not open to a balcony. There weren’t any dressers to store our clothes so we pretty much lived out of our suitcases. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Concierge was excellent! The pool area was very dark at night time they didn’t have any lights. So we didn’t enjoy the pool in the evening like we like we would have liked to Overall, we really enjoyed our stay,

Fun ladies weekend getaway.

When we arrived staff were very friendly. Once we got to the room the balcony overlooked the garage and there was a very dirty chair in the room. We asked to be moved and they were very kind and moved us to a much nicer room. Hotel is in a great location to everything which was great. The bonus to this hotel is May Baileys bar. What a gem! We had our nightcap there every night and music was always fantastic. No surprise, it is NOLA after all. Vibe in there was fantastic! If I stayed again it would be for May Baileys and the location.
