The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have 2 complimentary drinks every night for adults. The hotel is about a mile from the French Quarter. Had to ask for towels because they only gave us 2 and there were 4 of us.

No AC for 1st two nights. No water served for breakfast. Food was barely war.. Room was dingy and I paid for a balcony but didnt get one. I also was supposed to get a city view but our window looked into the building and was no more than 18 inches or so. Will no longer be staying at Hilton hotel chains again. BIG MISTAKE. Only redeeming quality was front staff were nice.

There was no hot water, so I had to take a cool shower. Also, the air conditioning unit was making super loud noises, so we had to turn it off. In addition, we have a large pickup and had to pay 52.00/night for parking with valet, no choice as it was downtown so nowhere else to park. Staff were very friendly! They were the highlight of our stay!
