I booked a two room suite for my family and they hold me it was not available when I arrived due to a plumbing problem, we had to have 2 separate rooms which was very inconvenient. I know it was because I booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel,

Housekeeping was not what I am used too at most Embassy properties and breakfast most certainly wasn't what it used to be not a great variety of food and fruits and no cold cereal had to asked for garbage bags and told had to wait until am when housekeeping arrived on next morning

Check in was later than 4 due to housekeeping. Staff was friendly but housekeeping not too good. Diaappointed in room view-roof tops and side of building- and couldn't sit out on the balcony because of the loud fans from surrounding building. If you dont need the extra space, would recommend room on highest floor for views. Was nice to have 1.5 bathrooms and double sinks in main bath. Deep tub but barely big enough for one person. Shower tile and grout needs a good cleaning due to neglect- looks like black mold and scum. Room was supposedly cleaned but when i wiped up small area on the floor near couch when i spilled powered, washcloth was black. Beds were very comfortable. Free made to order breakfast/buffet was great and received free drink per night coupons (2 ea) which was wonderful. Room had lots of ants-floors, counters, tables, furniture and maintence came to spray as soon as we notified them.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Stayed in a suite with a separate seating area with a tv. Buffet breakfast offered plenty of choices. Had a nice complimentary 1 drink social hour between 5:30- 7:00 with snacks. Walking distance to the river trolly to get to the French Market and Frenchman St. for great jazz.

Another year, another successful stay

Each year, for the convention I was there for, I prefer to stay at this location. I wish there was better parking options other than only valet but I park a couple blocks away and walk which may not be a good choice for some because it is New Orleans (iykyk). Aside from that, the breakfast was great, the room was perfect, and I had no issues during my stay.

Pool was green and filled with algae. Very disappointing for the kids. Beds were very uncomfortable and we could feel every spring. Staff was friendly enough but nothing exception, with the exception of the valet who took time to tell us the local parking options with prices and help us find a nearby convenience store. Wouldn’t suggest this place to stay especially if you intend to use the pool.

I will never stay at this hotel again personally, and questioning all Hiltons after this experience. The chain charged my card the total stay three times, and then multiple other holds throughout my stay. The desk said they could do nothing about it, and not all of the charges fell off. I am atill messaging the hotel, and Hilton about the issue!! I have a charge for for over 60, that was not on my final bill!! It was very difficult to be present for my business trip with so many problems throught the stay. The beds are great, everything else is outdated!! The rooms are subpar for the cost, and the complimentary drinks are basically juice. The breakfast is great! The location is great for a business trip at the convention, otherwise inconvenient.
