The courtyard with its trompe l'oeil walls was fabulous. We enjoyed our made to order omelettes there in the morning and the happy hour there in the afternoon. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and the king bed very comfortable. It's only a ten minute walk to the WW2 museum, where one should spend the whole day. It's a longer walk to the streetcars, but they'll take you all over and are fun to ride and super cheap for seniors. If you don't like the craziness of the French Quarter, this is a great hotel choice.

I was marked as a no show when it clearly said check in at anytime, I wasted so much money on parking because of it and I didn’t even get into the hotel, I was also charged 120 for the inconvenience fees and I didn’t even stay at the hotel

My overall stay was really good! We enjoyed the balcony view of the city from our room! Happy hour was surprisingly smooth and well organized with complimentary snacks at a self-serve buffet. The rooms were clean and we especially loved the hardwood floor. The only things we didn’t like was the AC unit in our room was hard to adjust, making it warm in the room most of the stay. We didn’t like the size of the bathroom…too small. Also, the pool was inoperable, we were looking forward to taking a swim. Other than that the staff was very accommodating and nice. The location was convenient, within walking distance or short Uber ride from all the action. There were other convenient restaurants and bars around the area. Safe and quiet neighborhood was a plus. We’d stay again!….contingent upon the pool being operable and AC is fixable.
