The room was terrible! Bugs and strong bleach smell included. Very outdated and the type of guess here was a little sketchy. Front desk service was slow and unprofessional. We left immediately after 10 min of checking in and requested a full refund!

We had issue with non working key card, but the staff was able to resolve it after changing the key card 5 times. The carpet and bathroom were dirty and the room smelled like chlorox. We would not stay here again.

We have stayed there multiple times. It was very disappointing paying more than we ever have and not have hot water to shower. After telling the front desk the suggestion was to let the tub run first. That is not how hot water works and of course it did not work in this instance. Very old and outdated hotel but as we have stayed there before we knew this. I can't say we will bother staying there again after this experience.
