The room (besides the rock hard bed) was excellent. Ask the staff for recommendations for food and they did not disappoint. The location is amazing as you are no more than 10 minutes walking away from anything in the french quarter.

Clean room, quiet courtyard and area, full amenities and maids were prompt. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Lobby is smaller and not full of tourists or chaos. Everything from inside to outside (there’s different areas of rooms as well as bathrooms, kitchen, pool, laundry, courtyard access) was so clean. The hotel is historic and beautiful but it looks and smells all brand new. I’m psycho about mold and dirt and this place had 0 concerns from me. I felt safe 100% of the time all hours of the day. Everything is completely walk able as well as Walgreens across the street, a mall down the way, River across the street, park and beautiful mule carriages, and the street cars.

The staff were very nice and accommodating at check in and very helpful throughout the stay. Heat and AC worked perfect. Hotel was very clean and maintained. Only complaint but not really a huge issue is the beds were a bit too hard for my taste but I would definitely stay there again. Location was perfect.

Second visit, even better than the first! Lovely little place (though bigger than it looks). Super walkable area!! Its quiet, the water pressure is good in shower, and beds on the firmer side (my backs loves it). And its gorgeous 😍.
