The hotel is amazing. The old architecture of the building brought a very special ambiance to the experience. The amenities were new inside a 200 year old building. The staff was professional, polite and had great sense of humor when dealing with me.

I’ve never had a major issue with this nice hotel until my recent stay. My friend and I had extreme respiratory issues (watery eyes, coughing, sneezing). We had requested the vents be cleaned and they were never cleaned. Once we did it ourselves, our symptoms almost completely stopped. Please dust your vents and rooms!!!

The room was beautiful and location, location, location was perfect. Although parking was a little pricey it was right across the street from the front entrance. Next time, longer stay as the room and hotel grounds were nothing short of spectacular.

We had a very nice time. The deluxe queen was nice. A little compact. The towel ring in the bathroom was falling out of the wall when I arrived. Staff was very kind and supportive.

The tv was old, it had no apps to log into Netflix , Hulu etc. They only had one microwave which was outside in the courtyard/pool area. I was on the third floor. It was very inconvenient to heat up food. It was located in a location where you had access to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and bakeries. It was also close to the mall. When housekeeping came we asked them to come back in an hour. Two hours later and they never came. We went to the front desk to request that they clean our room and the ladies had a bit of an attitude when we asked. This is personal preference, but the beds were uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every day. I think they were too firm.
