We were in New Orleans for an entire week. I’m a wedding photographer and I came in to shoot a wedding and then we stayed over the next week to see the jazz festival. This was my third hotel in one week my first hotel was over on Bourbon Street itself nice hotel but the music doesn’t stop until about 3 AM so if you wanna go to sleep before 3 AM, you have to sleep through the music. The location of this hotel being where it is it’s close to Bourbon Street, but you don’t have to listen to the music. It’s very walkable major shopping outlets directly across the street major attractions blocks away. The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and very professional. They understood the meaning of service. The room that we had had a balcony and was very clean and had well appointed. The courtyard made you feel like you were in a very exclusive hotel. It’s very well-maintained with a nice small nice pool very exclusive. I would recommend anyone to stay at the French Market Inn.

The hotel has a classic New Orleans private courtyard with lavish plants and antique water foundations. The staff went out of their way to help with an early arrival and supplied a fan to help me sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

We really liked our stay at the French Market Inn in New Orleans. We especially loved the inside courtyard which was very quiet and serene. My son used the pool and it was a great place to sit and get away from the noise and people in the French Quarter. The only thing I didn't like was that everyone was smoking outside and you could smell it when sitting in the courtyard. Maybe they could have a designated smoking area. The room was fine but the bathroom was a little outdated. I would stay here again if I was on the upper floors because we were on the ground floor and it was sometimes noisy at night. The staff was very nice and very accommodating bringing us extra towels and pillows. Great introduction to the historic city of New Orleans!
