I arrived and was told that the prepaid stay was not in the computer. I paid again, and sent proof of the initial payment when back in the States. I contacted my credit union about it. I was not refunded. I will no longer stay at a Crowne Plaza.

The room was great and the breakfast was fantastic. We did not like the smell of the in room amenities (lotion body wash shampoo etc) but other than that we would stay here again

Loved this hotel

Had a over night stay in Singapore before heading on to Vietnam the next day. Chose to stay here as it’s right at the airport. It’s right in terminal 3. Huge signs, can’t miss it. Hotel is stunning and service even better. One of the best stays I have ever had and I stay at at least in 100 hotels a years. Amazing hotel.

On Night in Singapore

Arrived by Air and a quick and easy transfer from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. Then a taxi to the cruise port after breakfast, the following day. Wish I had spent an extra day to see the sights, as so much has changed since I last visited Singapore.

The bathrooms are starting to look a little run down. Perhaps a remodel is on the horizon? The price of the hotel has gotten really high, especially for an airport hotel. I suppose that is because there is no competition for this location. It has almost doubled since we started coming here in 2019.

Excellent for no budget strings stay

It’s a very nice hotel located in Terminal 3. The restaurants are dies stairs and pretty good (quality vs price). I just found the hotel a bit too expensive as it could be. Nice pool.

Loved Everything!

Loved everything about this hotel! Location in the airport, beautiful rooms and the bathrooms were light and airy not the usual dark closets, staff was delightful! I checked out at 2pm, and the hotel stored my luggage so I could explore the city, and when I returned they let me use the shower facilities at the pool to get ready for my late night flight. I would absolutely stay here again, no need to look further.
