We had circa 20 hrs between connections so we stayed at the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful; always with a big smile on their faces. We only had drinks at the bar. Was a nice lively bar and drinks were very good. We did have an issue: we had 2 drink vouchers and wanted to use them for the 2 tiger beers we had ordered. But they told us that the vouchers could only be used with bottled beer and not draft beer. The other issue we had was with bathroom. The way the sink is designed makes it extremely difficult to wet shave. To wet shave you like to be close to the mirror and have a lot of light. The way the sink is designed it makes it difficult to get close to the mirror and the light near the mirror is so-so ……. The outdoor pool is wonderful and the room was nice and spaces. The bed was quite hard so anyone who likes soft one may not like it. There is a Starbucks nearby and we liked the 20 odd local food vendors in the basement of Terminal 3. You can eat there all day cheaply and the food is excellent.
