The entire front desk staff were amazing! Every suggestion/recommendation was spot on from restaurants, sights to see, taxi service and tour company. I highly recommend the Hotel Mazarin for your New Orleans visit. Their location (a block off Bourbon) was perfect was us.

The place is wonderful. The staff was friendly and generally superb. No complaints there. However… We were under the impression that we would be able to dine, have a nightcap, and catch a little Jazz on site. That was not the case, and we were never really able to take advantage of this stuff. Not that big of a deal there are plenty of other options and we were fine. 2. The smell of mold and must was overwhelming in our room, especially with the heater on. I got sick from this. Sadly, despite all the other wonderful attributes of the place, we probably wouldn’t stay there again because of this factor.

The Hotel Mazarin is well located for visitors to the city of New Orleans. The rooms are lovely and the courtyard is very pleasant. Our group enjoyed breakfast here and found it very well priced. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Will was exceptionally helpful! A lovely experience!

Everything wonderful except for the bar. It’s a wine bar and we didn’t drink wine so maybe that’s why we were treated like we really weren’t there. The Hotel is wonderful just skip the bar.
