I had stayed here when it first opened and it used to be great. It now has a new look, it could be cleaner, and the women at the front desk were not very friendly. The overall location is pretty centrally located but isn't the safest at night.

NYE stay.

Stayed here during NYE. We were warmly welcomed. Rooms were nice. They were extra helpful, especially after the incident on Boutbon street. They also helped us extend our stay when the Sugar Bowl was pushed an extra day. Very well located to go down to Bourbon street and also to step away and go home.

Eric from the front desk was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and quiet. They were supposedly updated but the carpet looked like it was old and could use a through cleaning and closets should have been painted.

Purchased a balcony room and was moved to a non balcony room but was still charged the same price We understand the reason for moving away from the balcony but not to get refunded the different of almost $200 a night didn’t sit well
