It’s a beautiful hôtel. I love the ambiance and layout. Bathroom is my favorite. The staff is amazing. The only thing I was not happy with is NO buffet breakfast. I filtréd for a hotel that has it and this one showed up only to find that it’s ala carte. I would not have booked if this was clearly specified

From the moment I arrived until I departed nothing but friendly kind nice staff. Ellie at front desk was so sweet. I was suppose to stay at the hotel where the conference was but opted to stay at the Hyatt around the corner instead and happy about my choice! I felt it was tucked away and private which I appreciated. New Orleans is a wonderful city and place to visit.

My experience at the Hyatt Cedric New Orleans Hotel. We arrived at the hotel, everything looked nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to almost all the places we wanted to go. The rooms are okay, the shower needs to be improvement, especially the shower head that is full of scale and does not rotate. They put me in a room that was not what I requested in the email I sent them. Total disregard for the email sent to them. I asked to move to another room and they told me there were no rooms available on my floor. We went up to the room, wow two hours later and discovered that we had a MOUSE in the room. They moved me to a room on the same floor that they said there were no rooms!!! As compensation, they gave me a free drink and canceled my hotel fee payment, which was nice of them. Two days later we returned to the hotel soaked from the rain that caught us on the way back to our hotel, since we didn't want to come in wet, we asked for towels and they didn't give them to us. Laziness of the clerks who worked that evening. There is one employee in the cafe who never smiles, so there is no real desire to sit and have a drink there. There are 3 elevators in the hotel, and only 1 is working and she is slower. The bar was okay, nothing special.

This hotel was simply EVERYTHING for me! It’s literally in the heart of everything, even convenient if commuting to other restaurants and places in New Orleans. The hotel staff was SUPER helpful, patient, nice and overall just gave you that southern love & comfort. Also, any questions about Nola they’re very informative. I give a special thanks to Leanna she was one of the mangers! She made my trip complete soon as I arrived. We had a balcony view of Bourbon St. which was awesome and the room windows have noise cancellation as well. I’m definitely coming back and I’m definitely staying at the Hyatt. Thank You Hyatt for everything.

Great location in the French Quarter. The staff were really nice. We had to have a room change during our stay and the air conditioner was pretty strong so we were cold in our room even with increasing the temperature. The decor is beautiful and the property is kept clean.

This hotel was beyond my expectations! The hospitality was 10/10. Staff always smiling and helpful! Jarrod and all the bar staff were great! Central location, booked a king room with balcony over looked the pool. There was a DJ at the pool and the bar was open on Saturday. Rooms were cleaned. Israel was helpful in booking the swap tour. Would come back! Service definitely made this location 5/5.
Your Birthday is a big thing there, people will give you money to pin to your shirt. Balcony room views.
