I definitely love how quick it was for me to check in and you are allow to check out before 11am which you’ll receive a email to check out your self. The breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of options especially for me because I’m a picky eater. The hotel had parking low as $6 for 2 hours and if you have a plans that the quickest option then a parking meter to me. They have chick fil a and a Dave and busters right next to the build to enjoy as well.

The property is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. I did have a minor inconvenience due to some noisy neighbors but the front desk staff moved me immediately and made no qualms about it. There was free breakfast every morning as well. I loved my stay and I would recommend.

Hotel is extremely difficult to maneuver. No on street check in and getting luggage to the 11th floor to check in is ridiculous. No mention of this in any communication from the Hotel emails received from the hotel. The outlets in our room would not hold a plug, carpet around thermostat was wet and the carpet, and furniture was stained and marred. Advertised small eats and cocktails from 4-6. Which we thought were complimentary, but were at our cost.

We love staying at the Hyatt House. However, this particular room was just OK. We usually have a kitchenette in our room with an island. This room didn't have that. The toilet paper holder kept falling off making the toilet paper go into the trash and the toilet is almost touching the shower. It feels tight. We also saw a small roach in the room. So, a little disappointed. But everything else was nice including the pool area, service at the front desk and breakfast is good here. Overall, from my usually 10/10, I would say this time it was a 8/10.

Close to Smoothie King Arena, where I attended a concert. Room is spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Shower amenities are good quality, even for my wavy hair. Also, loved the fact that I could set the room temperature. As I’m perimenopausal, this is an important feature.

We love the Hyatt House in New Orleans! It's where we stay whenever we have the pleasure of travelling to the city. The rooms are well kept, great views of the city, great free breakfast, friendly staff, a noce pool area. Zero complaints. Last time we stayed at Hyatt House they upgraded our room to a suite with an amazing city view - we were so surprised and so grateful. We went to the pool with our kids pretty much every night, which meant we had to go thru the Regency - the Regency is an incredible hotel and MASSIVE, and our kids loved exploring the Regency and riding their cool elevators :). There are convenient public transit connections right outside the hotel, including the NORTA bus line that goes straight to the airport, and streetcar connections. Do not be afraid to use public transit in New Orleans. It is cheap, the vehicles are clean, the app is very convenient - it's a good public transit experience. The French Quarter is a ppleasant 15-20 minute walk. Walk up Poydras or Lafayette southbound if you want a quieter stroll toward the Quarter. There are great restaurants everywhere, naturally, as it's New Orleans. Superdome and Smoothie King Center are a few blocks away. Rouse's Market is a few blocks away if you want to get some fresh food and take a break from eating out occassionally. We can't say enough about Hyatt House New Orleans! They have us as loyal repeat customers!
