Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian was able to give me pointers on where to eat. My room was very nice, bed comfortable and bathroom was exceptionally clean. I had a problem with my room and it was taken care of immediately. Great stay!

great location and a lovely old building, but serious issues with poor cleanliness. the floors and surfaces were visibly dirty, nothing felt cleaned at all. very bare bones in terms of everything else. there was no comforter, we had to search for a thing quilt, small and non functional mini fridge, you have to ask for water at the desk. everything is plastic and poor quality. this felt more like a hostel inside a beautiful facade than a hotel.

Staff was very friendly. It was nice to have parking at the hotel but $45 was a little steep. The building was very old like most of the hotels in the French Quarter. Some repairs were being done so the hotel smelled like paint the whole trip. If you have lung issues or are sensitive to smells it might be an issue. The room was nice for the price. The walls are very thin so you do hear every conversation in the hallway. The location was great. It was a short distinction to all the walking tour we booked and the restaurants were only an 8 minute walk.

We asked for adjoining rooms when we booked this room 5 months prior to our stay. We did not get them, nor did the staff seem to care. Our in room refrigerator didn’t work the first day. The staff was not welcoming or accommodating. The rooms were a nice size with a private balcony for one and a shared balcony for the other.

Place was quaint. Room was nice and clean. Few issues such as no microwave, very extremely thin walls. Woken up at 3 a.m. by couple laughing and talking. Shower had immediate hot water and decent water pressure. On-site parking was challenging as no instructions given. Bar was not open. Had to have maintenance come fix our tv. Otherwise all was good.
