Housekeeping staff so kind and helpful. Greetings in hallway and conversation. Love your green effort with no service! Conceierge was wonderful and helped with many questions as well as getting us a shuttle for the airport. Only concern is we never did get a text or email that our room was ready.

Quickish check-in. Nice Hotel and good location. Near to most city attractions. Roads in area can be a bit of nightmare. Room was spacious and good fittings. Didn't eat at Hotel...too many better places on the waterfront.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very welcoming. The lobby bar was a great spot to sit and relax. The room had everything we needed. Only negative was that the room was looking tired. Renovation is needed.
