The Hotel had an old socks smell to it. We stayed 4 days and our room was never serviced once even though we specifically asked on one occasion, we asked for new towels twice and only once they were provided. The staff were nice but service was appalling for a 4 star hotel. Advertised 24/7 in room dining as we found out after 9pm this consists of fish&chips, fries or club sandwiches. Which arrived over cooked almost burnt and ridiculously priced, we were grateful that explaining this at check out they did not charge us. But Never again

Staff and location are great, just the roadwork around the property was a bit off putting. The shower and toilet are very tight,no need for a bath in such a confined area. Overall ok stay very quiet and the restaurant and bar area was great.

An excellent property close to everything. A share lunch at the nearby Craggy Range Winery was an absolute highlight of our time in the area. Don't eat before you go! Also our visit to the nearby Ocean Beach was fabulous. Our hosts were attentive and the kitchen well equipped.

Restaurant service is awful

The room is nice and clean, but the restaurant lady is not friendly at all! The food is good, the atmosphere is good, but the service is on the contrary. Her impatience and poker face really needs to be improved!
