There were not shops nearby. The room was old and the bathroom fixtures were rusty. The bathtub had satins and the shower head needed to be cleaned. There was also chips on the furniture.

The tub had rust, bathroom door hinges very rusty, Shower curtain rod drooping so bad the curtain stay in the middle and water got all over the floor. Hall carpet was full of stains. Over all the Hotel looks bad ,old.

Only thing good was that the mattress was comfortable. Pillows not so much. Plaster around window was peeling. Air conditioner leaked. Bathroom was disgusting. Inside the toilet was rusted. Tub was rusted and slippery that you could easily hurt yourself. Had to put a towel down in the tub to avoid that. Coffee machine in lobby broken. Ice machine was broken. Will NEVER stay there again.

The room had a leak in the AC so......we had a room. The floor was wet because the a/c had a leaking problem and the room smelled like nasty water. Someone had the window opened and there was a cigarette 🚬 on a bottle cap. We needed a plunger because of the toilet and the front desk didn't know where one was

I was very disappointed when I got to the property. They had given our room away. After traveling all day, they didn't try to accommodate us in no way. We had to scramble and find somewhere to stay at the last minute. luckily, i was able to find something through Expedia. This was a wake-up call for me about Orbitz.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was no way to plug the tub to take a bath, only a shower. Breakfast was decent and our room was clean, and the front desk was very nice and helpful when needed.

Horrible

I was checked in to room 406, that was filled with roaches and no working Ac. I was moved to room 305 where we experienced tv issues. The breakfast wasn’t fully stocked the entire time: On every night we had issues with elevator being shut down for rebooting. Upon checking out I spoke with the manager of the property and was informed of upcoming renovations. I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions and never had this type of experience. I plan to give it one more shot after speaking with the manager about upcoming improvements.
