I booked this hotel and within the same hour. I canceled because one of my children became ILL, they only refunded me for one night and charged me for the 1st night. Very upsetting to know they woildnt work with me when things as such happens..

Not much can beat the space of the “superior multi bed” room. 2 bedrooms/1.5 baths kitchen & living-room. Not a 5 star review because we were asked to leave the room 1hr after we got there so they can spray the carpets and service the AC. Room smelled damp after that. Then there was the power washing right outside the room, which went on for quite a bit of time. Overall, the $ value for the space and breakfast included does make this a good stay.

Check in at 10:00pm was a nightmare. Front desk attendant sent us to the wrong room. Then sent us to a second room but didn’t advise us that the room was in another wing of the hotel. Only after we told her that we could not find the 2nd room did she tell us that the room was in a different building. So after 2 trips to the front desk, we arrived to our room only to find filthy bedsheets. Hotel could not accommodate our request for a different room because they were at capacity. Hotel could not grant our request to have housekeeping change the sheets because housekeeping was closed. We had to change the sheets ourselves. Front desk attendants for the morning shift were able to change our room. No one told us that housekeeping services were upon request until we inquired 2 days later about housekeeping. Housekeeping did not replenish soap or toilet tissue unless you requested

Nunca me hospedé en un hotel tan sucio, desde la recepción llena de palomitas, las alfombras, las escaleras, el elevador, las alfombras de los cuartos, el baño sucio y mal limpiado, los colchones en muy mal estado, la alberca sucia y el agua fría, pedimos que calentaran el agua y se nos dijo que no, el asador súper cochino, unos huéspedes fumando mariguana Es lo peor que conozco, no sé cómo lo pueden recomendar
