Some things were good. Some things were not so good. I like the manager greeted all the employees upon entering. It was clean and employees were nice. However. Showerhead, no water pressure beds were firm and hard and breakfast is the same every day except for Thursday when you get bacon instead of sausage, which is funny cause you pay more on the weekends.

The room was nice with the following exceptions- the towel rack under the bathroom sink next to the bedroom was broke and coming off its hindges. Door needs to be replaved. 2nd- the coffee maker did not put out dribkable coffee. The filter would botnlwt the coffee drip fown to the bottom. i told the night shoft about it, they valled maintance and bo one showed. waited until 1am, bo reapinse. The only other thing is that the wan at the front desk when we checked in was NOT friendly. I expected lich more

The room & grounds were immaculate. But the stars of the show were the front desk crew, Sierra and Karin. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Kudos to the entire crew!

Overall, I cannot say enough great things about the property and location. In certain ways this hotel did overdeliver in those areas. You are walking distance from a lot of great stuff, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, and you feel very safe. Likewise the free breakfast was very good and helped us cut expenses there because we were not going out to brunch, etc. What I did have a very hard time with was the general lack of care and courtesy from the front desk staff. When we asked for simple things like more towels, the potential for a late check out, or even storing our bags, it was like we were inconveniencing them. I also had a very big issue with the woman who was doing bags who jokingly or maybe not so jokingly tried to skim from the top, demanding that we give her 5 dollars per bag. After we tried to get more information regarding bag charges, she relented, which didn't leave a good taste in our mouths.

Room and amenities were great and I really liked how helpful the staff was. There were a bunch of kids staying at the same time who got a little out of control (which didn't bother me) but the grumpy old man who had to swear at them was unnerving. Glad he went back to sleep 😂

We couldn’t get the tv to work and the shower backed up. A maintenance man showed up right away to fix the problem. The staff was helpful and courteous.
