Staff was great. Hotel was conveniently located and walkable. Everything and I mean every part of the hotel was uncomfortably hot from the hallways to room itself! Got zero rest.

The property presented well, is spacious and inviting. Beds are comfortable. Though I am not one to complain much, the deal breaker for me was my room did not have not water. When the issue was presented to the front desk, the lady hesitantly replied with "oh, yeah... we are aware". No apology, or offer to remedy the situation. I'll think twice before I sign up to take a cold shower & stay here again.

It is a good hotel, as one would expect for that price, the room convenient, my children liked the pool (recommended for a morning swim), the breakfast was normal for that class of hotel; the one negative thing I noticed is that on a hot 4th of July night the ice machines on the second and third floor were not working and I discovered that the refrigerator in the room was set to 50F, so no chance for a cold drink.

Now that's hospitality!

The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. I had some issues with a package that was supposed to be delivered to the hotel and they were on it keeping me informed on the delivery and helping reroute the package when it arrived after I left. The hotel itself was quite lovely. Would absolutely stay there again.
