90degree heat wave. No AC was miserable. We had to move bedroom mattresses to living room, to get air from open window. It’s hard to speak well of this hotel, due to the heated experience.
Had a good time. Great location and the staff was accommodating. However, I was charged $21 for a soda that was listed as $6 dollars from the mini bar and there were extensive destination fees above the “price you pay” on the Hotels.com site.

One of the most frustrating hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There is insufficient surfaces for your items and almost nonexistent storage. Every surface is occupied with items the hotel wants to sell you.
You will struggle with your luggage and clothing and toiletries if you stay more than one night.
If you haven’t been to the gym lately, no problem. You will get a workout closing the heavy pocket door to the bathroom.
Not fun.
The staff was very accommodating! Our room wasn’t ready when we got there due to a maintenance issue, they took care of our bags and sent us upstairs for a free drink. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice. The restaurant was some of the best food i’ve had. 10/10 recommend this hotel.
Poorly managed hotel with unresponsive staff. We booked a suite for our anniversary and we had no WiFi or television during our entire stay. My husband had to cancel his conference call because there was no WiFi. We had to cancel our dinner reservation because the front desk told us to wait for internet repair which never happened. No follow up from the hotel until days after we checked out despite numerous calls to front desk for a status report. It took three hours and two requests just to get extra towels.
If you care about reasonable customer service, I suggest you book elsewhere.
I appreciated how spacious the rooms were. Toiletries smelled great, decent bed, very friendly and helpful staff, great location for folks wanting to be close to restaurants but not too in the mix. The pool is a whole vibe. Cafe and working space are excellent.
Not great: The elevators are slow and the signage around the hotel is not very helpful (a sign referring to the 2nd floor posted in front of the elevator on the 1st floor. A sign telling you the cafe is behind you, after you already pass it).

I was greeted with complimentary sangria. There was ice water in the entrance. The room was very spacious, and clean. I went to the rooftop probably every day and was treated very well by Bliss. ;) 10/10 experience.
Loved the Barnett. The rooftop pool is small but they make the patio comfortable even in the height of summer. The rooms are beautifully decorated and thoughtfully outfitted. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

First we show up and they let us know that our room isn’t ready and they will accommodate us with another room for the mean time but were told our room would be ready later. They call us 2 hours after checkin time too let us know that they won’t have the room at all because of maintenance being done. They wanted to move us too a corner room but then called back and said they didn’t have one available even though offered. We booked this hotel based of reviews and having a patio to relax on in the evening but didn’t get that we got a window looking at another building. We went to go too the pool the second day and swam for 30 minutes before we were informed that there was a private event and we could only swim until then. It was decently clean but not as clean as I would like. The room they ended up putting us in view was looking at a building not. The male at the front desk did his best too accommodate us and the lady too except for the fact she lied that they were waiting on a balcony room and the corner room we didn’t get. Valet were very respectful and courteous. Overall not satisfied at all because we intended on evenings on the balcony which we didn’t get I work on land rigs so I only get so much time too appreciate with my girlfriend and this isn’t what we wanted! They did accommodate with $50 but that does not make up for what we expected
