The staff greeted us and was courteous at all times. I noticed the decor was on point which transformed into a Winter Wonderland. We were in town 12/5 through 12/8. There was a bar area adjacent to the lobby which looked great but didn't get a chance to visit. The room was perfectly sized which included a sofa bed and queen size bed. It had an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the city. The bathroom was large and nicely stocked. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I didn't like the stay. Luckily I was there for only one night. The 1st desk attendant seemed as she didn't want to be there. There are record players in the rooms with. Vinyls of jazz music. To my disappointment. It didnt work. The tv in the room wasn't connected. And the toilet broke. For the money I was charged. I expected better. Thank you to the 2nd attendant who offered me another room for the inconvenience. I won't stay here again. Noom at your own risk
