The only annoying thing was that the lobby/breakfast area is cold due to the doors being opened all the time. If they could add heaters to the breakfast area that would be great.

I stayed in this and other Hampton Inns many times. This one has been good in the past but is starting to show its age and little annoyances showed up. The shower dripped when I tried to shut it off. The refrigerator in the room kept making noises to wake me up. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet. The experience could have been better.

Dirty bed sheets they don’t change the bed sheets after another customer, there were burn marks in the sheets the bed wasn’t made it was flipped upside down

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it’s close to Manhattan, at the Brooklyn side of the Manhattan Bridge, and nearby busy downtown Brooklyn. The downside is there is no parking and it’s very noisy, especially in the morning hours, because it is at the corner of 2 busy roadways and the bridge. The noise shouldn’t be a problem for early risers.

Brian helped with our stay. Helped get us the room we wanted to make perfect first time in New York. Also a little early check in was perfect. We had our cake, and ate it too. Perfect stay. Only negative on the stay was the parking fee was additional $65 for one night with a truck.
