Great hotel! Staff was fabulous! Hotel was close to Dumbo, and super easy to get into the city with subway stops or Brooklyn bridge close by. And the number 1 feature we needed, parking for a large truck!!

We had an amazing stay at this Hampton Inn! Our room was amazing and had the most stunning view of Manhattan. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay great. The location was great too, less than a 10 minute walk to the subway and one stop from lower Manhattan.

Noisy neighborhood; sound-proof quality was poor. We called in advance them to consider an earlier check-in, but didn't get one. Later on the day, even at 4pm(3pm was the regular check-in time), the room wasn't ready. Heater was not working in the December weather at New York; but fixed after 2hrs in the room. Breakfast was not good: even by 7am everything was cold. Bad coffee. Janitor service was good: they were very prompt in prepping the room and new toiletries each day.
