When I got inside the room it was cold . I put the heating on and the heater wasn’t working I call and they said some body will be there shortly . I waited three hours more and nobody show up to the room . I text them and they said I need it to wait to the next day . I will never rent this place ever again do to no heat when it was freezing plus I have my child with me.

It was a nice stay. The only thing is I was charged multiple times. I was charged by hotels.com and hotel 1080. I was trying to get my money back but the phone line has been busy.
