The room was clean and fine, but it was tiny especially for the price we paid. The service was not bad per se, the front desk staff did not seem to have hospitality experience. They were too… casual? For the price, I’d expect more.

Hotel and staff were excellent, good food options, and high quality of food. We stayed for 2 nights which was fine for the Hoxton as we’re out all day- if you need space in your room- not the spot, rooms are very small

Very unhelpful and business unfriendly. Tiny rooms, lobby is loud and and overcrowded by people not staying in the hotel. Staff not accommodating. No staff at hotel entry and no place to unload vehicle. Is no match to the >$500 pricetag
