The room was good for the two days we were there, bed very comfortable. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Only con is the room could have been cleaner especially the door.

The L Hotel staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean. Keep in mind that while there is free parking, it’s first come first served.

Property was great for its cheaper price. Close to metro, some limited parking, and close enough proximity to Barclay Center. However location is fairly dirty and rundown, parking is extremely limited, and rooms aren't the nicest.

Convient to subway. Decent price. Had food options near by. Beds were on the firm side but the place was average. Nothing bad about it just not amazing. Would still probably stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the L Hotel. Housekeeping did a good job of changing the seats, towels, and tidying up the room. My only complaint were the actual guests who were too noisy or smoking in their rooms, even though it’s not allowed. I could smell it through the vents.

The bathroom was very dirty. It seems like they haven't cleaned it for weeks. And also hair on the bed. Not a pleasant place to stay at and there priced for a room is ridiculously to high

The hotel was rundown and old. Very little parking unless you count the sidewalk. Rooms were small and unrenovated. Smelled like smoke.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, convenient transportation, and includes free breakfast. The room rates are affordable. However, here are some experiences for your reference: Poor Soundproofing: On the first day, we were assigned a room next to the restaurant on the C floor. We could hear almost every conversation in the restaurant and lobby, as well as the noise from people entering and exiting the elevators. Sleeping in was impossible, not only because of the noise from other guests but also due to the sounds of housekeeping, furniture being moved, and vacuum cleaners hitting the walls. Everything was crystal clear. Safety Concerns in the Building: On the second day, we were moved to a quieter room on the third floor (thanks to the understanding staff—they were really nice!). However, around 9 PM, a drunk woman knocked on our door. Through the peephole, I could see her talking to at least two male companions who were out of view. She knocked three times, and we did not respond or open the door. Eventually, they left via the elevator. I was extremely frightened by this incident.

Nice room, excellent city view

Nice hotel in Sunset Park, comfortable bed and view of Manhattan. Rooms have window that opens for fresh air… microwave and mini fridge. Nice bathroom and clean. Only complaint is the “parking lot” has maybe 8 spaces for the entire hotel. Obviously they were all taken, but we found street parking easily. Would stay again!

The plastic barrier on the check in desk made communication difficult. There were other guests that were extremely noisy in the night that woke me up several times. The bed is very hard. Breakfast was crowded and I had no interest in lining up for a waffle. Also, this is no where near the cape liberty cruise port….just a disclaimer as my search, specifically for cape liberty, clearly defaulted to cruise port and now I have a 40 minute Uber ride to the cruise port.

The property was cleanish but the bathroom needed a complete wipe down. There were not enough parking spaces for the guest and breakfast had zero fruit and again not enough tables and very dirty dinning room.
