Hotel room down in basement, quite tatty, but clean. On a positive note there were plenty of vending machines so we were able to get something to eat. Chose this hotel for position near to cruise terminal. Did not feel safe enough to go out at night to look for restaurant

We checked into this hotel and left within 30 minutes after booking a room at a different hotel. We took photos of the condition of the room which was dirty, had bugs and wallpaper peeling off the wall. The furniture was so old and peeling. The bed frame felt like it was going to fall apart. We could hear the conversations being held in the room next door - it was so loud. The photos on the Expedia site do NOT represent the actual hotel rooms. As someone who travels several times a year, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been inside.

I found clumps of dust on my pillows, the lamp was help together with tape, I saw a bug in the bathroom sink right in the break dining area, the outlets with crooked which made me not want to use it and the walls were either stained or had mold on 2 spots. I did however enjoy the spacious room, comfortable bed, great size bathroom, easy access to the subway, friendly staff, and close enough to NYC!

Good for a short trip.

Check in was easy. Room was small, but was clean and good for our overnight stay. Room has no closet, iron or ironing board. Parking onsite is available but its minimum. Definitely a first come first serve situation. Cant comment on the breakfast we didn't try it. Overall good experience. No real complaints.

We loved the location for the event we were attending at Industry City. Walkable area and the Citi bikes were a convenient way to get around. The room served its purpose and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Lots of reviews mention the lack of items included in the free breakfast but we never even made it down in time. So many other better local options in the area.

Great little place in an unlikely neighborhood. I was in Sunset Park to see a family member at the nearby hospital. Loved free parking, friendly desk guy, comfortable clean room and good bed. Would def stay again if in the area.
