The Merchant Hotel LES was an awesome hotel stay! Great location close to the some of the hottest dinner and bar spots in downtown NYC. Easy walkability to the subway from Delancey-Essex stop. The hotel room was spacious, modern and updated, and impeccably clean. They also have a beautiful lobby, cafe, and restaurant/bar downstairs for guest. Would definitely stay again! Quiet and chic!

Absolutely loved this place. We had wrap around views of the city and didn’t want to leave the room for our stay. The hotel is modern and in a great location with super helpful staff. Will definitely stay again!

Room was absolutely everything we expected!! It was the perfect room, with an amazing view! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we were able to rest during our visit!! The bathroom was super cute and it was just a great experience!! The staff was super friendly and the hotel itself was in a perfect location with public transportation just a few blocks away as well as plenty of restaurants nearby!!! Would love to book this place again for future nyc trips!!

Super clean. Nice building. Good room (a little tight, but…it’s the LES). Heating was having troubles (quite cold out!). Power was not working to the mini fridge. Staff were great and attentive.
