I recently traveled to New York to celebrate my birthday and stayed at The Gotham Hotel NY. The front desk staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and accommodating. I arrived a bit early just to drop off my luggage, but since a room had just become available, I was able to check in early, which I truly appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos on the booking site and had a cozy layout that felt like a home away from home. Although it was cold and I couldn’t fully enjoy the balcony, I still managed to take in some really nice views. Overall, a great stay and a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday in NYC.

Everything was great at this hotel. It’s in a perfect location. There are great restaurants right next to it. The room was clean and shout out to our housekeeping staff. They were fantastic! The only thing that was just frustrating was check in. The person who checked us in was extremely nice but they just went through everything so fast. There were full parts of the check in I didn’t even hear and then is asking for a payment. I get that the front desk staff are tired by check in and deal with a lot of people saying the same thing over and over again. I just was thrown off by how fast he sped through everything.
