The hotel was really disappointing, which was such a shame as the website photos looked good and the reviews were positive. My experience was that the bedroom was tired, old, not in great condition and felt more like a student dorm. The hotel reception staff were not the most friendly.

Very clean hotel. Staff was fantastic. Food was good. Our daughter was in a motorized scooter and they were very accommodating. Location great. I travel for pleasure often and I highly recommend.

No gym onsite (Hotels.com said there was onsite gym) - it was a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. HVAC system made banging noise which needed to be fixed. Housekeeping didn’t provide full set of replacement towels.

Room was very clean, nicely stocked bathroom and the balcony was very pleasant even though they face a building. Staff was friendly and helpful; I liked that the front desk was always staffed. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. The public balcony on the 23rd floor was lovely!
