Rooms are outdated, beds are worn out, there is no way to bring fresh air to the room because windows don't open even a bit, except AC, which is just cooling it and not circulating from outside. Probably because of worn out carpets, there is some not so "fresh" air in the room. Bathrooms seemed to be updated recently. Next criticism goes against hotels.com. I searched for a room for 3 adults and 8 y/o child, which gave me an option of a suite, which had a king bed and small sofa bed. When we came to room, the room was obviously too small to fit all of us, including luggage. We asked at reception if there is a way to get a bigger room and they upgraded us to a bigger room 2x queen + sofa bed, which was much better and we didn't have to pay additional. Thanks to the kind receptionist (sorry forgot the name).

Great, clean property and the hotel is across the street from the New Jersey mall. Along with Rudy Tuesday restaurant. Ask for Jessica as the waitress. I gave it a three star rating solely on the amenities were closed. The bar and restaurant and pool. Closed on Sundays and Mondays. Not stated on the website on Expedia or there's.

My main issue is the airport shuttle. Sitting at the airport for over an hour just waiting!! And when I called was told it was an accident. Sorry, but if so why weren’t any of the other shuttles impacted. No discount given… sorry but it was a major MAJOR inconvenience!! But hotel is very nice, walking distance to the mall

The rooms and service were okay. The shuttle however is just abysmal. I would expect the first point of meeting by the hotel(which is ironically the shuttle service) would start good because that is what sets the tone. However, this hotel falls drastically short in this area. The driver literally told me that he does this for free and does not get paid which does not make any sense.

Airport shuttle took over 50 minutes to arrive and pick us up. When the driver finally arrived, we had to wait another 15 minutes for the driver to chat with his other driver colleagues before we were finally on our way. We chose the hotel to be able to sleep for a few hours over a long layover, but it taking 1.5 hrs to get to the hotel has definitely not been worth it.
