There was an incident in the hallway at 1am. After trying to call the front desk to have it addressed my call was once sent to a sales representative line to leave a message and then another to county inn and suites. The lack of communication is concerning as there was no way other than to walk through the hallway in the early morning hrs. I brought it up at checkout but no one seemed concerned.

This hotel is very convenient for being so close to the airport and Bayonne Port. I would like to give a special shout out to “Sofia” the bartender. Best drinks we have had.

There was a dirty towel draped over the bathtub. There was a used bar of soap in the tub. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. It was soooooo gross and charged $20.00 per car to park in the ruby tuesdays parking lot not even in the gated parking lot. Never going back.

Hotel did a poor job of informing guests of the parking situation. First room given had no hot water; was moved to a suite room. Staff attitude was poor at times. Will not stay here again unless improvements are made.
