Overall nice hotel, front desk clerk was nice and very helpful, clean, close to the airport and has an around the clock airport shuttle. Booked this room last minute due to our flight being canceled. I’d stay again.

The website info about the free airport shuttle bus pickup locations is outdated. The staff provided conflicting and confusing info about the paid cruise terminal shuttle bus service. At check-in, we reserved this service with the counter clerk who gave us a written confirmation; but on the next morning, another counter clerk said there was no such service for us and the written confirmation was voided. The only explanation was “it didn’t work that way”.

Overall, it was comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious for 2 adults 2 kids (ages 7 and 10). Only reason i gave it 4 star was that we unluckily ended up with a room that had faulty heating. It wasnt working. So it was a hassle to change rooms after we had already 'settled in' for the night. However, the attendant at the front desk was kind and efficient in changing us to another room and the new room luckily had functioning heat. The free breakfast was good for yhe family, thoigh i do wish they had milk alternatives available for cereal and coffee. I could only have oatmeal and black coffee. Which isnt the end of the world. Im still thankful that breakfast was included. So it saved us a teip to Ruby Tuesdays or the food court at the mall. Mall was VERY close by, just walk about a block across the street. Free Shuttle was somewhat unreliable with time arriving at hotel but the hotel attendant was able to get ahold of them to make sure they were in their way. So I advise others to give yourself enough of a buffer with your departure time. We had no issues with being picked up from the airport to the hotel though 👌
