Convenient but Not a Good Stay

Stayed overnight due to late flight for morning flight home. Bed was comfortable and free airport shuttle were good. Noise was terrible as we could hear people talking outside in the hallway, outside, and/or next room after midnight and early in the morning. Soundproofing must be terrible. Bathroom had a cracked sink, terribly wrinkled shower curtain and a hair on the toilet seat. We won’t be staying here again next time for sure.

i stayed here for a week and in that week not ONCE was the room cleaned. when i asked why they said because we were always present in the room. on two occasions we left the room and asked for it to be cleaned but it wasnt. There are no microwaves in the room and we called up the front desk to ask if a microwave could be delivered to the room, we were told they would ask if there were extras and call back. The call back never happened, i called back and asked
