Heat and WiFi was not working. Staff name Patel was very rude when asked for airport shuttle. Gave no information and did not pick up the phone for an hour. Got to Motel and no one was at the front counter to check in guest. In the room, Exposed outlets which was a hazardous. Room was a good size but very noisy outside. Would not recommend this Motel to anyone sorry

Please post how people should catch the shuttle for the Motel, it was very confusing and i ended up being delayed two hours to getting to the room. The room wasnt filthy, it was just rundown and needed to he refurbished.

Have no idea how this motel got 4.8 rating. It gave me unsafe feelings because of all the cars parked there like a junk yard and people are hanging outside. I would not recommend it at all

terrible. The guy at the front desk was unfriendly (no smile, no "hi/hello", no "thank you" whatsoever. The floor wasn't clean, there are even leaves from outside and flyers on it. Everything is old and not maintained. The toilet hanger is broken and they did not have any toilet paper.

This property and specifically room 118 defines the label of "Seedy". Walked into an unattended front desk room, ill-lit, waited for over ten minutes before desk clerk came in to help. He works behind a "bank-like protective glass partition" which underscores the area this motel is in. After entering the room we discover 1) broken water faucet spout in bathroom (spout laying on counter ), 2) toilet did not flush and 3) Barely working shower head… I can pee harder than the water that came out. To top it off, there are too few parking spaces so there is random free-for-all parking. Had i not had a small car I would have been blocked in the next morning after checking out. THIS IS THE WORSE, UNSAFE, BROKEN-DOWN, MISMANAGED MOTEL PROPERTY I HAVE BEEN IN …B E W A R E !!!

i was told ‘1o-15 minutes for the shuttle pickup for over an hour. rats and noise. response at the front desk was a shrug. too busy trying to deal with the impossible ‘parking’ situation: people trapped in lot 4 cars deep with no way to exit. nothing but horns and yelling, as folks missed their flights. ripped off.

The motel was okay overall — the room was clean and the stay was fine for a short trip. However, my only real complaint is the parking situation. You have to park far from your room, which was really inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.
