The latina female w/glasses was very rude. She didn't smile, leg up on the chair and acted as though she did not want to be there. She was also constantly looking at her phone. We will not return as I find this not to be acceptable when we picked this hotel b/c it has a very good review. The walls are also leaking in the hallways. They originally put us in a room on the other side of the hotel where the elevator doesn't work. We had to also go downstairs to swap rooms in which the next female employee was much more better.

The air conditioning was not working properly, the elevator was out and they didn’t inform me when I checked in despite being on the third floor, and was overall dingy. They had a sign on the door informing guests to lock and deadbolt the door which makes me feel as if this location is unsafe. It was odd.

I would not recommend his hotel. Elevator on my side of the hotel was out of order, but front desk attendant did not tell me that. She let me walk to the elevator to see the 'out of order' sign. I went back to her and asked if there was another elevator. I could use the elevator on the other side of the hotel to get to the second floor, but till had to walk up the stairs to the third floor. Luckily, I am capable of walking up stairs. Saw a few roaches in the room and also a hole in the wall.

You get what you pay for. The property was well worn. Several areas in the hotel had water damage or worn out carpet. And the property did not offer any dining or liquor options. But it was a more affordable option than other mid priced hotel properties. It was conveniently located about 90 minutes from N Y city. The area was a little dicey.

The toomhas been refurbished and things look new to me, It is clean and comfortable. It is convenient for me to stay at this place for the night. There is a diner just around the corner so kaing it really easy to have a meal near the hotel. The front desk people are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxed stay.
