We stayed recently to celebrate two important events, and our experience at this hotel made everything perfect! We could have sat forever watching the coaly Tyne from the 5th floor. The staff in particular were magnificent in every way - we couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll be returning as soon as possible. Thank you!

Good hotel for the money. Showing a bit of its age but location and view over the Tyne is excellent and rooms are a good size. Better than a premier inn option in my opinion and worth a look if deals are on.
