Great location ✨️✨️
Just the rooms very warm air con has to be unlocked via reception would be better if was unlocked anyway then just randomly turns of as on a timer would be better if they let you have control.
I rang day before regarding a fan they said they provided so left at home. No fan available on day 1 got 1 on day 2 and it was on its way out did not nothing. So had to buy 1 from argos which was frustrating as i did ring up, as was there for 4 nights you do need a fan rooms very warm and stuffy makes it very gard to sleep.
Other than that a lovely hotel but was looking forward to a good sleep
Hotel in great location. Not a far walk away from the city . parking was located right outside the hotel which was great . Rooms were very basic and were needing a freshen up . Bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower was blocked and made the bathroom soaking wet . Reception staff were lovely
Hotel was well located. Parking was difficult when we arrived - they had no disabled parking at all. On our second day they failed to service our room despite being asked
Great value for what I paid but it’s very annoying that every thing is restricted TV is heavily restricted and couldn’t watch anything other than the mainstream news channels and booked the room mainly due to aircon because it was a hot day but cooling mode was locked so only lets you do automatic mode which is a small
Cool draft didn’t really change room temp

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Not entirely sure what ‘superior’ is supposed to entail as it’s difficult to decifer from the booking but spoke to some other guests who hadn’t opted for a superior room and their rooms had extras! Weird water marks/blood/coke stains on the walls. There was no mention of my 20% discount for food and drink and since I have extreme social anxiety couldn’t enquire about it. Location was lovely and most of the staff were pleasant, there were a couple who had faces like thunder and offered a very cold interaction. But like I say feel like I’ve paid extra money for a ‘superior’ room only to have been given a lesser room with less extras, very odd.
