We had a wonderful stay at America's Cup Inn. Super quaint colonial B&B. Very charming and wonderful breakfast and afternoon Tea spread. Highly recommend. Just one caveat, there is no elevator. Would stay again though. Perfect location too.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. The room I was in was large. The breakfast is amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place seems unassuming and is very affordable compared to other locations nearby, but definitely do not hesitate to book!

The inn is modern and lovely. The beds are so comfy and everything has been re done. Parking was easy - each room has a reserved space. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance so a car wasn’t needed !

I stay here every time I am on the island. A+ staff, comfy rooms, amazing access to all the restaurants and nightlife, has a private rooftop, and the continental breakfast is the best.

Stayed in two separate rooms across the hall from one another. Distinguishable difference in view and layout from room to room (I.e. one room had a gorgeous water view and Thames st view and one room looked at a roof of the building next door with broken windows). That being said - noise was a small inconvenience for the room that did face the street. When booking in the future - we would be sure to request a specific room. Also - no elevator and we were on the fourth floor. Not normally an issue but we had a member of a party with a semi-recent hip replacement which always put a small damper on making the trek back up to our rooms. I would request a lower floor next time. You cannot, however, beat this location. You step into the heart of the action. 1 minute walk to amazing restaurant. This is the prime reason to stay at this spot. The staff was friendly, breakfast selections were solid and varied, and the rooms were clean. Overall - would stay again with a room request! 👍

The inn is close to the waterfront area of Newport with historic buildings surrounding it. The staff was professional and the space clean and comfortable. There was convenient parking. Breakfast and tea had a variety of options. The inn gave good value for the price. I’d stay there again.
