The room was large and comfortable. Great pillow choices and I liked that there was flooring rather than carpet. Bathroom was large and well equipped. I really enjoyed the sun deck!

This hotel was perfect for our quick weekend away. Some updates needed on site like the bathroom, however the room was extremely comfortable, we loved the view, and the sun deck on the second floor was the perfect touch. Staff was friendly and approachable.

Everything was top notch except for the beds. They were old outdated spring mattresses..woke up the next morning & could barely walk..huge disappointment to say the least. My husband slept on the couch he was so uncomfortable

We have been coming here for the past 5 years. Love the proximity to newport but the distance from the crowd at the same time. The staff is always so friendly and kind. The place could use a facelift but it has everything you need.

Room itself was fine, great view of Eaton pond. The walls must be razor thin because every little thing is very loud from next door or hallway. It was for one night so it’s okay

Hotel located far from downtown Newpoert. Approximately 15 minutes drive at least. And 15 min to the mentions. Our "suite" had only one small, bathroom size window. Overlooking the back yard of the pld local bar. Half of the lights did not work, shower was hard to operate. In the morning there was a stuff meeting right by our door. Definately not a $500 per night place
