This is my favorite hotel. The staff is always so kind, it’s perfectly located in Newport and has free parking. We’ve been coming for years and will never stay at a different place bc we love it so much.

We have stayed here 3 times. We love the location and it’s so quaint, from the sangria in the lobby to the rooftop deck. The only complaint I have is the couch and chairs in the room are not comfortable at all. In the evening, we watched a Christmas movie and really had wished it was comfortable, but that’s my only negative comment.

Great hotel! Our room was very spacious, modern, and comfortable which can be tough to find in historic Newport. Yummy breakfast delivered right to your room, too. The only issue was that the floors/walls seem very thin, so we could constantly hear people walking and flushing the toilet/showering above us. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again due to the location, parking, breakfast, and spacious layout.

Everything was fantastic from check in to the comfy bed to an amazing, nutritious breakfast! We did wish there was more space in the bathroom (like a vanity or space around the sink) for our morning hygiene routine but that wouldn't keep us from staying here again. We were able to park and walk to Upper Thames Street for dinner and shopping which was lovely after a day in the car.
