The staff were so kind and had prepped our room for my husbands birthday. The facilities were included with our booking which meant we had full access to the spa! Will definitely be booking again during the summer.

Nice night away

Friendly staff, especially Noah who served breakfast. Clean, comfortable, just what we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only comment of negativity I would say is that whilst in the jacuzzi relaxing looking up you see brown stains on the ceiling. Just lets it down a bit by looking in kept. More places to hang dressing gowns and towels would be good also. But other than that was lush.

Our room was very noisy. The room backed on to fans I believe. The room was incredibly warm - the fridge seemed to generate heat in the cupboard and despite the radiator being turned down. I was unable to keep the window open due to the noise outside of the window (room 235) and it became very stuffy. There was a large gap under the door which let a lot of light in from the hallway a resulting in a poor nights sleep.

Lovely!!

Really lovely hotel and spa! For the money I'd have preferred to not look out the window to the horrible looking roof though! The food was delicious breakfast staff were so lovely bed really comfy! We'll definitely recommend and come again 😃

We have been a few times. This occasion, there were two dead spiders hanging in the bathroom, and the bathroom had seen better days. I had a huge rip on my robe, and the hairdryer didn't work properly. Sadly, there wasn't much luxury as far as the room was concerned. Sad.

Sea view room

Fantastic location, nice staff. Breakfast was superb. Spa could do with some chairs or something to sit down only had 2 but had towels all over them. Bed was two singles pushed together so could feel something hard in the middle wasn’t happy about that for the price I payed. Overall good.

Beautiful hotel! Stayed for one night with my boyfriend and I couldn't fault it. All of the staff were so friendly and the spa facilities were spotless. We had dinner and drinks in the Bay Bar which was lovely, a little pricey but to be expected for the quality. The hotel is situated right next to Fistral Beach and the views are amazing!! Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be returning.
