I checked into my room to find there were no towels so had to go to reception to tell them. The room was in need of a good clean with dirty marks on walls and doors.Also the door didn’t seem very secure when locked so didn’t sleep well as every sound from outside my room I worried someone might’ve come in. Not a very pleasant experience

Over all it was ok. The staff were really friendly. The hot water pressure on the shower was very poor and the metal frame bunk bed for the little one didn't sound safe at all so we stuck the mattress on the floor. Parking outside is very limited, but there is a near by street with free parking. Good location from the beaches and just a short walk into the centre of Newquay. Would stay again in the future.
