The Fullerton Hotel Sydney
Staff at church in and check out was smooth and rapid. The ability to add an early check in was prefect for my situation. Unfortunately the room furniture, especially the eood items seemed old and slightly damaged, not reaching the expectation of the luxury stay.

Shangri-La Sydney
The Staff were incredibly friendly, they upgraded our room to the suite which was so generous and we are so grateful and thankful. The room was beautifully presented, amenities were wonderful and it was very classy and elegant, and the breakfast had great options. Will be back again for sure.
