We enjoyed an amazing stay! The room was spotless and beautiful! The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience! Underground parking was very convenient. Also, you cannot beat the location! I would recommend this room to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Staff were warm and the hotel room was amazing clean and well designed. I would stay there again. The only issue was the vibration sound coming from both the fire place and the furnace in the room which would wake us up abruptly around 2am and we wouldn’t be able to sleep the rest of the night til it shut off. This could be due to the cold NOTL was getting or lack of soundproofing around the furnace as it’s built into the coat cabinet. The worst of it happened the last two days of the trip were we were unable to sleep all night. I had to turn off the heat for a short reprieve of the noise and then it started up again. I even tried sleeping with noise canceling headphones that’s how desperate I was to get sleep.
