Beautiful property however we did not stay in the hotel, we stayed in the rooms adjacent to the hotel. Nice rooms however here was an unpleasant odour in the corridors outside of our room. Did mention it to the front staff several times to make them aware, staff said they would look into it. Wanted to use the spa however was not aware advance booking was required. Thank you

We were here for a wedding. The bride stayed in the gatehouse and while the rooms were nice the hallways and stairwells needed some attention. We stayed in the main hotel and there was food in the cupboards left from the previous occupants. My husband and I had a drink at the lobby bar after the wedding and the bartender was horribly rude because she wanted to be done working at 11 and another wedding had just finished. It was very awkward. All in all our stay was nice but not 5 star standard.

We loved our stay at the 124 Queen Hotel and Spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bartender was friendly, the housekeeping staff said hello, our shuttle driver was welcoming, and upon our arrival, we were given a free upgrade which was amazing (must note that we arrived in the off-season on a Wednesday). The room was exceptionally clean and modern. The one-bedroom suite was spacious and extremely comfortable! We were able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. If we wanted to venture further, it was great to have the shuttle service as an option. We will definitely return to 124 Q Hotel and Spa. We will also tell our friends and family about it!

Fantastic stay

Gorgeous hotel, decorated so beautifully for the holidays. Received an upgrade to our room, what a pleasant surprise. Spa on site is fantastic. Probably one of the best hotels in the province.

124 on Queen is a very upscale hotel and spa. We have been visiting Niagara on the Lake for 10 years, the town is beautiful with dozens of restaurants and shopping locations. This is the first time staying at this hotel. My first impression was that the staff is extremely proffesional, everyone we encountered was courteous and expedient. The rooms hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are beautiful. Property layout is a little confusing, staff made sure to advise us that if we needed an elevator the would book us in the appropriate buildings. There are two restaurants on premises and one bar, if you want to eat at Treadwell make reservations in advance. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
