There were a few details that I was not happy with. - In the shower I noticed some hairs that did not belong to us. - In the room, there was a bandaid from a previous patron on the floor near the bed. Overall, I was expecting more attention to detail and cleanliness from the Wyndham brand. I didn't bring these items to the management's attention while I was there as I had a quick turnaround between check in and a dinner reservation and simply didn't have time to deal with the issues.

We had a great stay! The room was super clean, and the staff were always friendly whenever we approached them. There are so many amenities in the hotel; you don’t even have to leave to eat or shop. It’s such a fun place, especially for families. The pool was awesome and a big hit with everyone.

This is the Super 8 of Niagara Falls! Hockey teams running around the halls until after midnight, the TV only got 1 local channel and the internet TV was too weak to stream. The microwave door wouldn't open unless the microwave was unplugged and the furniture looked like it was straight from a second hand store. Other than that, it was OK.

The hot water wasn’t running in the first night. No hot water in the sink or the bathtub. I am over changed for the property fees the price in the bill is $28.71. I was charged $50. I appreciate your feedback.

Traveled with my toddler and 10 year old, they loved the pool! The mini resort style hotel with connected restaurants and arcade made it easy to entertain them in this cold weather we had. Room was clean and pillows made the bed super comfy.
