Owner was present and very accessible. Motel was a nice stay for a night. Parking was easy on site. Pool was pristine. We walked to Clifton Hill (took about 15 minutes) but was direct. Rooms could use some updating, particularly bathroom area.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early which made sightseeing very convenient. The room was large and newly renovated. Parking was included and handy. Our beds and pillows were great. Steps to the WEGO bus for attractions, but close enough to walk to Table Rock as well. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Niagara. This place is a hidden gem for the price point.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff is very nice. The location is quite convenient - it isn't the prettiest part of the town, but there are many restaurants nearby, and all main attractions are within 10-30 minute walk distance. The only thing I didn't like was the AC unit in the room - it worked fine, but it was extremely loud, and it was uncomfortable to sleep having it turned on.

Much better than expected

Dave is an attentive and friendly gentleman who runs a great little motel. He gave us a free upgrade from a queen to a king. Nice and cool, quiet and spacious. Bed was so comfy! Price was right for our overnight stay. We will come again!

Great staff

The staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. It’s nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable which is all I needed - I’m in Niagara Falls to see the Falls, not the inside of a motel room. Recommend.
