The rooms were not very clean and had wear and tear. Washrooms did not have sink inside and when we requested to switch the rooms that had sink in the bathroom they straight away denied. Coffee was complimentary as per the hotel but coffee machine was empty. It was waste of money.

Would not stay at this hotel, could give it zero star if I could. Poor pressure in the shower, got a river view could only see the parking lot from the second floor. Very disappointing, would not recommend especially with children. Bathroom was very dingy!

Check in was a long line up as everyone was checking in at the same time. We left and came back in an hour and a half then still waited in a half hour lineup. 4pm check in ended at 6:30. We got a hotel cart to transport our bags to our room but there are only elevators on one side of the building and our room was on the other side of the building. So I got the cart to our floor then came to 2 sets of stairs and had to abandon the cars and carry everything one by one at least 3 sets of long hallways to get to our room. I had to leave our stuff unattended while doing this and I had 2 little kids that I had to leave unattended in the room while I did this. Horrible. We were exhausted and just wanted to hang out in the hotel and pool but when we got in the room the tv wouldn’t work or the light.i called and someone came up to fix them and to show me how to turn down the old radiator heater thing on the wall because it was super hot. The rooms are very old, not laid out great at all as the bathroom door won’t open well if you have coats hanging in the front door as well as the front door because front door opens right to the bathroom area. The pool was dirty. I wouldn’t even go in it. The deck was all hair look like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The only good thing about the hotel was the Porter guy at the front door who was nice. I would never stay in this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
