Over all disappointment even the waterpark perks if you stay for a night only its limited cause you check in at 4, and the waterpark is only until 6pm- whaterver the facility needs total renovation. Probably look for an airbnb instead next time like $200/night isnt bad if the house is equipped with atleast a microwave instead of going down to second floor and wait for a pile of other users. Just sayin'

The room was very nice and family friendly. The kids loved the bunk bed. They show movies for the kids in the evening, and the water park was a big hit for the kids, too. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The ONLY thing we didn't like were the pillows, they were flat and stiff. If comfy pillows are important to you bring your own 😆

Check in was great, they let us get our room key early and front desk staff was friendly. The room was very outdated and needs a lot of upgrades. Be aware to check the Waterpark Hours as they are different from day to day and month to month so not necessarily open the hours you would expect to use when paying extra for the park passes during your stay.

I wasn’t very happy with the parking situation. I was circling around to find parking as the front desk never informed us that the over flow parking was across the street in the parking garage. I sent my son in to ask and they just told him across the street so we parked in the lot directly across and had to pay again. When I went in and spoke to the front desk, the lady was very rude and just said that their signage out in front of the hotel. I informed her that it was dark out now and I could not see the signage and just said maybe going forward they should inform People when they check in about the parking and also let them know. It’s the garage and not the lot and when I informed her that I did have to pay again she said she wouldn’t charge me for that night at the hotel, which was Friday night the 6th but in fact, she charged me double so I originally paid when I checked in $85 and then I was also charged another $20. I will not be recommending this hotel to family and friends. We had a baseball team that was staying there and we were sitting in a courtyard waiting for our boys to come back and security demanded us to leave the courtyards because they were closed at 10 when there was four mothers sitting chatting very quietly amongst ourselves, waiting for our boys to come in where other families were running around yelling screaming, slamming doors and we were the ones that asked to leave. Your staff needs to work on their hospitality.

It was okay. Stars were taken off due to the air conditioning in our room not working, the shower drain not draining properly, running out of hand soap immediately, and the telephone not working. The room was clean for the most part. Majority of the staff were nice and attentive. Overall it was an okay stay for one evening.
