Stayed in room 253 for 2 nights and the room was infested with bed bugs! Bith me and my fiance had over 50 bites each on our bodies and they itched like crazy! I never experience bed bugs before and dont want to ever again! Its too bad because the property was close to everything and within walking distance of lots of attractions!

We wanted something close to the falls but didn’t care if there was a view from the hotel. This was a 5 minute walk. If you want to be in the middle of all the touristy stuff, this is it. It’s not fancy but is clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. It’s a motel so nothing fancy but they did have cute flower beds. It’s right around the corner from the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark which our kids loved (ages 11 and 12). This is not the calm side of Niagara Falls - that’s on the NY side but our kids wanted to go to Canada so this was perfect for our needs. I think when I booked it, it said there was a full kitchen but it was just a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of restaurants nearby, no grocery stores. You can walk to the falls but we drove to the US side instead to do Cave of the Winds (highly recommend) and no line to go through the border on a Thursday morning. Their favorite part of our 11-day road trip. We stayed two nights and would definitely stay here again with kids this age.

This location was great on Clifton Hill - we stayed here with our kids and it was easy to walk to from the nearby businesses and close to the WeGo bus for Niagara tourist attractions. While the rooms are dated and in need of repair, the facility was clean and the staff that we encountered during our stay were all incredibly nice and friendly.

The staff’s nice and helpful. The place is clean and close to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Parking is easy and affordable. I have nothing negative to say about this place but greatness! My family had a great time even on our 1 night stay and will definitely come back and stay here again.
