My husband and I booked this hotel for 4 nights for our honeymoon. There is a train stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. There is a store next door for cheap drinks and snacks which we visited often. It is farther away from the main beach area, which we were aware of. There are lots of electric scooter and bikes you can use just across the street. We found the bed very firm. There was no hairdryer, iron, fridge or safe. Only 2 bath towels were provided. We were surprised there was no hand or face towels. The elevator took forever to come even though there was 2. You are better off just taking the stairs because it can take 2-4 minutes to come. Overall it was good for the price.

The hotel did not have parking, even though it was listed in the advertisement. In addition, the room was very small, and the bathroom was almost unusable due to how cramped it was. There was also no minibar in the room.

So easy to get to from airport L2 or L3, stop is right in front of hotel. Beach and promenade is one street over, very mellow place. Breakfast was very nice and affordable. I would stay again!

The property is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are deceptivley small, with the three person room not having enough room to turn without hitting the other person. The walls had greasy hand prints and scratches, some of the lights did not have switches as well. The bathroom was also very tiny and the shower was broken and leaking water everywhere. If you do end up booking here, be prepared that the rooms are extremely tiny. However, the location is pretty good, its one block from the ocean, but the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

System were down so we had to do stuff manually. Because system was down Hôtel withheld driving licence so I could pay city tax when system was back up I offered to pay cash still couldn’t process it. WiFi was down for almost first two days. I wasn’t offered complimentary breakfast for inconvenience. Room is very minimal and small would expect more amenities as standard. Locations are excellent tram stop in front of hotel. 4 tram stops either direction you reach all areas of nice. Comfortable sleep. Staff were helpful only held back by corporate inflexibility. I would not recommend more than 2 nights here. Better hotels 10 mins away

Close to tram & beach

Opposite to tram. Close to waterfront. 20 mins on the tram from the airport. The area isn't the best of Nice but it's cheap. Window can't be opened which is strange.

this was a good location for getting into old Nice with the tram stopping outside the hotel. It was very clean but noisy on one night in particular. There were limited facilities in the room - no kettle and limited space to put bags/clothes.

Very nice comforting family stay

Our family had a nice comfortable week long stay here… the location is very ideal for commuting around. The rooms were cleaned daily by the time we came back , and there are plenty of restaurants nearby by. We tried the breakfast once and it was good- we just felt there could have been more options for hot food.

très bien dans l'ensemble si je dois dire quelques chose c'est par rapport à la chambre famille car nous étions 4 et le 4ème lit était un feuille lit pas très agréable car le on sentait les ressort dans le matelas et autre petit bémol aucune accroche pour les serviettes de bain pas beaucoup de place pour poser des affaires sinon le reste de la literie était très bien et nous avions vu sur la mer c'était super , petit déjeuner pas mal mais une dame du personnel pas très sympatique.
