Der Aufenthalt war gut, das Appartement ausreichend, aber ich würde es nur für 2 Personen empfehlen, für 4 Personen wäre es mir zu klein. Sonst soweit alles okay.

Kein Sitz- und Liegekomfort

So schön die Lage und Wohnung ist, wenn man auf einem sehr schlecht gefederten minderwertigem Schlafsofa nicht richtig sitzen, geschweige den schlafen kann, dann ist der Urlaub hinüber. Gleiches gilt für das Etagenbett, ganz schlimm.

Wohnungseinrichtung

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war o.k.,es gibt ein aber, das Badezimmer ist ein Miniraum mit 60 cm Dusche und Handwaschbecken mit kaltem Wasser und WC, eigentlich eine Minigästedusche. Ein Badezimmer kann man da leider nicht zu sagen. Für die ansich schöne Wohnung und den Preis leider nicht angemessen..

Kommunikation mit Vermietung sehr schlecht. Habe 8 Tage auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet.Das Bad ist unzumutbar. Nachttischleuchte fehlt. Kaffeemaschine nur mit Kapseln nutzbar. Besen oder Staubsauger leider nicht vorhanden . Positiv war für uns die Lage. Empfehlen wir nicht weiter

Zu teuer für die Ausstattung

Betten sind durchgelegen. Einrichtung außer Küche billig und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Es wäre schön, wenn etwas zum Putzen da gewesen wäre. Besen, Toilettenreiniger, Badreiniger, Putztücher, wenigstens das Nötigste. Bad unmöglich. Balkon gut. Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Nur für Kurzaufenthalt zu nutzen.

Das "Bad" war eine Zumutung, Dusche 60x60 cm, "Waschbecken" in das keine Hand passt mit Kaltwasser, keine Steckdose. Die "Schlafzimmer" mit Lichtschalter vor den Zimmern, in den Zimmern keine Möglichkeit einer Beleuchtung, keine Nachttische, keine Nachtleuchten. Tür zum Hauptschlafzimmer (Wohnzimmer) lässt sich nicht schließen. Schlafkomfort der Couch für 2 Erwachsene mittleren Gewichts schlecht Küche gut ausgestattet aber sehr eng. Balkon super, aber ohne Beleuchtung. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Lage top, herzliche Aufnahme, Einrichtung Küche und Wohnzimmer gemütlich, modern und funktionell, für zwei Personen perfekt - ist für vier geeignet, das wäre mir/uns aber zu eng. Bad ziemlich klein, für eine Woche Urlaub passt es aber, gute Idee: im Kinderzimmer zusätzliches Waschbecken und Ablagen !sehr nützlich! Kleines Manko: sowohl Etagenbett als auch Schlafsofa quietschen, haben Matratzen ins Wohnzimmer gelegt, das geht super - und wir waren ja zu zweit! Das zweite Zimmer konnten wir gut zusätzlich nutzen (Zweiter Schrank, Handtücher trocknen, Ablagen, …). Was fehlt: Besen oder Staubsauger… insgesamt Gerne wieder!

Stadtwohnung auf Norderney

Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, teil-renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Küchenwaage und Wasserkocher wären schön gewesen). Für einen Strandurlaub mit der Familie war sie für uns nur bedingt praktisch, da fast keine Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen nasser Sachen vorhanden sind. Einen Staubsauger konnten wir uns netterweise zwischendurch ausleihen. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht.

Vieles richtig toll, leider kein W-lan!

Die Wohnung ist modern und stilvoll renoviert. Dennoch ist das Duschbad nicht neu gemacht und der Fußboden wellt sich in einigen Bereichen der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super und der Balkon auch! Leider hatten wir über den gesamten Zeitraum kein W-lan in der Wohnung. Das war sehr schade.
