If you're passing and need ONE night to stay this place will suffice. But the bed is UNCOMFORTABLE. I spoke to several guests and they all say the same. The place has mold that is just painted over. The AC unit trips and only works for 15 mins at a time. Hair dryer doesn't work. Room service doesn't get done until 6PMish and its done half-assed .. i was there for a week and it was only swept 2x. when The bedding is juat two sheets and a thin throw blanket. "Breakfast" was just cereal and a breakfast bar. .. I'm not sure who's leaving five star.Reviews because all the people I talk to over a week's stay All had the same consensus ..

Sailor graduation stay

Staff were great. They tried to charge my card several times the day prior to check in even tho i selected pay at facility. We came to a understanding and he waited till we got there to check in . Room was spotless ! Cons. Beds were very firm so for myself it wasnt good but my husband loved it. They dont have anywhere to hang your clothes if you have a suit or anything. My favorite is the glow in the dark toilet seat! Lol the hallway on the first floor did have a bad smell. We also loved that the room wasnt carpted .

Breakfast is available in the morning great small selection and if that isn’t your cup of tea is right next to the building is a McDonald’s it’s also close to Great Lakes base was very easy to get to the base from here they also provide breakfast a bit earlier on the day of graduation it’s cheap and convenient

I know that reading some of the review I didnt know what to expect but i needed something close to my son graduation. I can tell you that i was very pleased with my stay. Checking was fast. The shuttle for the graduation was fast, affordable and they communicate the instruction very well. Breakfast available enough to get my morning going the basic but im greatful. Staff and i had a language barrier but they where the sweetest they clean my room every day when i came back my bed where done and they keep asking if i needed anything which i appreciate it. I am definitely coming back since is so close to base. Thank you!

Worst hotel ever

To start the manager called me 2 days before our stay and asked for payment i did not know who he was and policy was to pay when i arrived they didnt want to book it the room was dirty and the bed didnt have a blanket also had one bed not two the bed made so much noise the room next to us banged on the wall every time we moved there was missing light bulbs the electric outlets wouldnt hold my charger in the socket, the T.V. Picture was so bad we could barely see the screen, plus we called a day ahead of time to move one day due to a missed flight and they refused to change or refund my money for the one day after the manager hounded me for early payment they were rude and shut the breakfast down 30 min early claiming to be out of food this was a special day of my daughters Navy graduation and the 3 rooms we had were so awefull it made the entire trip off

I booked this room for my grandson’s Navy boot camp graduation Wednesday thru Sunday because our Sailor would not be informed of when he had to leave until graduation on Thursday. On Thursday, he told us he had to leave Saturday. I informed the front desk Thursday evening but they said sorry, we still had to pay. Very disappointed. Also every morning we tried to eat breakfast at about 8:30/9am and nothing but cereal and fruit. Room was ok but had to get different keys 5 times since they didn’t work. Very frustrating.
