Compare Ski Hotels in North Pole

The entire staff was amazing. They were kind and considerate and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who picked us up at the airport at 3 am, to the breakfast staff member, who recommended a great dinner place, to the front desk staff member, who granted us a late checkout, made our stay great.

This hotel has great potential; however, its cleanliness is extremely poor. The staff is often too occupied chatting among themselves to help guests. On the positive side, the restaurant is exceptionally clean and the food and staff are fantastic. I urge management to check behind the doors, behind the beds, and clean the sinks. I have stayed here multiple times for business, but this will be my last visit due to the inadequate cleanliness and service.

Cottage was very clean and cozy, kitchen was fully equipped and you can just step outside to see the Northern Lights at night. It was an amazing experience, highly recommended!
