Great location, out of the way but still easily walkable to town centre. Adequate breakfast and student bar next door. Quiet enough considerimg it is on a uni campus next to the student union. Onlybreal negative was heating controls didn't work properly so was freezing one night and boiling the next.

Very basic. Off-site car park not sign-posted clearly. Nor the front door (which is round the back if approaching from car park) No hot breakfast at weekends (not sure this was made clear when I booked)
