We stayed for one night, and while the hotel is located in a nice, convenient area, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. They felt a bit run-down and in need of attention, which took away from the overall experience. I had hoped for a higher standard given the location. It served its purpose for a short stay, but I’m not sure I’d return unless some improvements are made.

I've stayed at this property numerous times and have never been more disappointed than this time. We stayed 5 nights and the room was cleaned only once! Had to request clean towels and toilet paper! Totally not acceptable and will find another hotel next time.

Great location if you’re looking to shop and eat out. We were less than satisfied due to service request not being completed (cable not working well). They offered to credit me Hilton Honors points but couldn’t impact price of this trip due to booking on Expedia. So frustrated I passed on the points. New sheets felt like they hadn’t been laundered prior to use. Stiff and scratchy After already irritable from above, found out that front desk failed to educate us on check in that housekeeping routinely every other day only. No problem with policy just poor communication
