The rooms were clean food was good no complaint the beach was excellent but not enough shade and had to pay for an umbrella from a beach vendor which resort should have supplied the pools were ok over crowded and hard to get seating unless you go down first thing in the morning

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Nice selection of food choices. Only negative is that the tile surfaces in the pools and out are very slippery when wet, be careful. Nice kids pool area.

The staff was very friendly, entertainment was great. Unfortunately in the 8 days we were there, we weren’t able to experience the steak or Italian restaurant. We had to stand in line then by the time it came to us, they were either booked or didn’t have a table until 9:00, which didn’t work having a baby in our group. Also, the renovations are very nice but the pool deck is extremely slippery, saw more then one person fall.

Rooms were spotless and staff was really courteous. The resort was clean and the entertainment team did an amazing job with the events around the pool and in the evening. We were there for the White Party and everyone in my group including my kids had an amazing time. We have stayed at other Riu properties and they never disappoint.

Promoted as a family resort but very limited activities for children aged 8-12. No board games or things such as table tennis bean bag toss or basketball. Also we visited during Olympics and not able to watch Olympic events in any common areas or TV in room. Long lineups for drink and meal services. I would suggest 3 Star resort based on service and amenities

Fast check in and out. Clean room. Only complaint is that lines were long at bars. Nearly impossible to get into Ala Cart restaurants unless you stood in line an hour prior to opening or wanted to dine at 8:30 pm. They’ve added more rooms but seem like they haven’t increased space in restaurants.
