The property was very well maintained, location was perfect, scenery breathtaking. Food was 10/10, staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how easy everything was on check in and out.we had the suite jr and it was roomy and very clean. Bed were great but pillows were ok. Drinks were all on point. Love love it all. Will be back again.

I wasn’t happy that I Spent $332 per night Sunday—Weekend & $455 per night Thursday and Friday! This didn’t qualify for your Elite Program! The best restaurant was the Buffet #2 was Asian #3 was Italian #4 was Mexican and finally #5 was the Steak House The worst Filet I’ve ever had in my life! No flavor, tough, was hard to cut even with your fancy steak knife! My wife didn’t even finish half of her filet ( so you’re actually lucky she’s not the person writing this review)! She’s a born Mexican Citizen, and she’s the one that rated the Mexican restaurant #4! If it wasn’t for your Friendly and Courteous Staff, this review would have been worse!

This resorts is fantastic. It has been recently renovated and the vibe is clean and modern. Staff is nice. Not overly friendly but also are very respectful and provide great service. Shows are good. Specially Wednesday night which is Mexican night. What I love the most is that we never had to rich to gain a chair by the pool or a table in any of the restaurants. The hotel is spacious and you never feel overwhelmed by other people. At least during this time of the year, June. Also be aware that the vibe tends to be chill so if you are looking for hard party style this is not your place. Bars are all well equipped and tasty drinks. Some things could be better. The main restaurant buffet style is uneventful. Food is just ok. They never varied their breakfast menu so it is pretty boring. The tv in our room kept turning itself on and kept us awake. There is no way how to turn it off. So far it is a very good place. We would go back!

Very clean and friendly staff. Utilized RUI Elite Club. This helped a lot with restaurant reservations to avoid the long line at the Steakhouse. Move than enough food at all restaurants. Pool wait staff is very slow due so many drinks they have to get. So if you don’t want to wait then you can walk to the pool bar and get speedy service. The massage people on the beach are a bit pushy they will ask you over and over about getting a massage and how they are the best. Overall experience was amazing, food was delicious. Drinks wise… I’m a beer guy so I only drank beer but for the few shots I had the Mexican candy shot was delicious. Tomas the server at the buffet was absolutely amazing. My mimosas and drinks were never empty.

Our room was broken into while we were at dinner and a show. We left the room at 5:50 and returned at 10:40. The person who broke in left their shoes, sand on the bed, and pillows and a book thrown on the floor. The balcony door (which we had never used) was left wide open. Immediately notified management. The security guy didn’t even speak English. The person on duty at the front desk (Liz) could not have cared less and was exceptionally rude. We had to demand to change rooms and we no longer felt safe in the room. We spoke to a manager, Alexander the next day. Their position was that they have a certain procedure they follow which was to check for if someone used a key card to get in. We never once received an apology. And will never return. We felt extremely violated and our trip was ruined. This was our 3rd time at this facility within 9 months.
