This resort is BEAUTIFUL! The grounds are lush, the pools are sparkling and the property is super clean and bright. I would return without hesitation. The staff is super friendly and they work hard to make your stay easy and relaxing. Our room was super clean - the robes in the room were a nice touch. We did not get a room with a direct ocean view, but because the rest of the resort is so wonderful, we didn't need to linger in our room so it didn't matter to us. Everything was exceptional.

Had been trying to fix this reservation for 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid a bigger issue, however the hotel and hotels.com were not accommodating or helpful. Getting anyone to help me was like pulling teeth. Hotel staff was pushy to get me off the e-mail/phone when I was asking for help. Sandra from front desk had an attitude the whole time when she was ask to assist me with the reservation. Claimed to be a manager but had no ideas on how to resolve or help the issues. Will not stay here again. Room service food was terrible. There are less than 7 items in the menu and a toddler could’ve made them for you. Sports bar wings were dried up and hard. As if the were put in the fryer and left under a heating lamp for days. Nacho chips were hard and not tasteful. That’s just a hint of what the food is like. Besides the food being very mid and staff with bad attitudes we won’t be staying again. No thanks

The rooms were ok, beds were too soft,had to constantly ask for toilet paper to be refilled. Staff enter rooms at night when guests are the entertainment and call it turn down service but none of our beds were ever done. Just felt unsafe and creeped out because of this happening! Food and restaurant staff was great and bartenders were terrific

Room was great. Clean and great well taken care of. Buffet food was surprisingly good. Ate dinner at the Steakhouse, Italiano, Kyoto and Krystal. Enjoyed them all except Krystal. (not my kind of food but others in our group enjoyed it). As with any resort, too many saved loungers by the pool but lots of loungers at the beach. Will not hesitate to stay here again.
