The staff was lovely and there are plenty of places to eat and drink and spend your time. Proximity to local shopping and eateries is incredible. The tower we stayed in was pretty outdated and our room (primarily the bathroom) could use some updates but I don’t think all towers are the same!

We are 75 and 80. They placed us at a tower that required us to walk almost 3 blocks to eat, go to the beach, pools and entertainment. We had to call a cart to come and get us if we were too tired. I asked at check in if we could be int one of the 2 main towers and was told that was for members only, however we had friends who joined us a few days later and were in the main tower. After we have been there a few days they offered to move us, but it seemed too much to re pack everything and move. The elevator in our tower was broke down ever couple day, so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. It.s been the same theme and entertainment for years. Same old stuff. The food wasn't that great at the buffet. We won't be staying there again even though we have stayed several times before this time was not fun.. I gues loyalty means nothing.

The resort itself is very good but the Expedia units are old and dingy. Toilet wouldn't flush properly and the shower is a big disgrace, chipped tiling, rough floor etc. major building construction traffic and noise except Sundays. There was zero view but we knew that when we booked it. The all inclusive package is pretty good value and the restaurants and bars and beach/ pool service are all very good.

The property is great, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. However, the customer service is terrible, there was a family of 4 in my group and they were put in a room for two and had to make it work. They were offered a different room two days before the end of their trip but by then it was too late.

Have gone here for several years. Only problem is it is getting more difficult each to get a Superior one bedroom suite. We had a standard one bedroom which is good but the Superior one bedroom has two bathrooms. The Superior is more expensive but well worth it if one is available.
