Добрый день! Место очень красивое — уютная терраса, большой ухоженный сад, атмосфера потрясающая. Хотелось бы отметить несколько моментов: в номере не было бутылки воды и полотенца для второго гостя. Также немного расстроило, что в женской раздевалке у бассейна было не очень чисто. В остальном впечатления остались положительные, спасибо!

The room was ok however, the wallpaper was peeling of the wall. No working extraction fan in the bathroom was probably the cause. Only one pillow?? Breakfast was well organised but, no continental option?? Interestingly the Receptionist did not enquire if we had enjoyed the stay!

Average... leisure facilities was lacking. Pool was warm but showers and changing area not clean and showers cold. Hairdressers temperamental and falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Evening meal average. Really lacked taste (bar menu). Room musty not clean and strange smell. All in all not great value for what we paid, would go with a Premier Inn for comfort and cost

Really lovely quiet hotel with a small but enjoyable swimming pool and great breakfast. We had a family room with two double beds which was spacious for the four of us (two adults and two kids 9 and 12). Lovely stay and perfect for our visit to Stratford-upon-Avon.

Lovely hotel, poor service.

Check in, was painfull. Large queue, only one receptionist, annoying as there is 3 points. Very slow. Alot were complaining. Especially as it was the main check in time, between 5-6pm

Good service and facilities

The Chesford Grange is a very comfortable hotel with a good range of facilities including Gym and Pool. Service was very good throughout the hotel. I would stay again without hesitation
